Scene : TJ and Lucy at Banana Land Council.

Lucy: (Yawning) Morning TJ !

Tj: Hi you’re up late its 10 o'clock.

Lucy: Wow , that’s late ! What’s for breakfast ?

Tj: Pancakes Bro.

Lucy: Did you make them ? I hope you did , because your’s are the most filling.

Tj: Yes and thanks... who's that at the window?

(There is a knock at the door)

Lucy: Come in.

Messenger: (Walking in) Hello , Lucy and TJ. I have come to give you a message from Sesame Seed Council.

Tj: Boo hoo , what is it ?

Messenger: It is from the rulers. They say that they have to retire and it is time to hand the council over to someone else.

Lucy and TJ: Aww. Why ! ?

Messenger: I don’t know.

Tj: Who are the new rulers ?

Messenger: Twins called Jane and Ruby. I already don’t like them.

Lucy: When will we get the chance to meet them both ?

Tj: When they come to meet us tomorrow.

Lucy: You never told me that they were coming tomorrow !

Tj: You know how new rulers all ways come to meet us , the rulers of Banana Land.

Messenger: You’re the rulers?

Tj and Lucy: Yep.

Lucy: I’ll get the beds ready.

Tj: Okay Lucy. Um bye messenger. (As she opens the door for the messenger)

Messenger: Bye. (As he walks out the door)

Lucy: Bye !!! (Walking to the spare bedroom to sort the beds)

Tj: So.... I’ll make dinner and clean the house and the council room. (As she walks out of the lounge)

Lucy: Okay.

Tj: All done!

Lucy: Wow !

Tj: What?

Lucy: They’re here ! The new rulers ! They’re here , early!!

(There’s a knock at the door)

Tj: They are!

Lucy: Come in ... (Nervously walking to the door)

Ruby: Get me a drink right now!

Jane: Hello , Lucy. Hello- hold on , what’s your name again ?

TJ: I am TJ I guess... and “WELCOME” to our house Ruby and Jane. Oh, and

Ruby get it yourself.

Lucy: Hi ...

Ruby: We’re the guests , I demand a drink !!! I will give you 2 minutes while I take a bathroom break. (Stomps off to the toilet)

Tj: Get it YOURSELF , by the way I’m going to bed (She walks into her room and shuts the door)

Lucy: HEY TJ ! DON’T LEAVE ME HERE. THESE ARE OUR “SPECIAL” GUESTS

Tj: Good night!

Lucy: Sorry about her , she-

Ruby: (Does not let Lucy finish her sentence) You are such a rude pair !

Lucy: HEY !! DON’T BE SO MEAN. WE’RE NOT MEAN OR RUDE , YOU ARE. I COULD USE

WORSE WORDS BUT I WOULD RATHER NOT.

Jane: I want computer to play on and I am hungry... I get all the food and dessert!

Ruby: YEAH. OH , THERE’S ONE ! (Points to an old grey computer that Lucy and TJ have owned for ages yet have never used) And I’m also hungry. Get me 3 bowls of ice-cream and some chips.

Jane: Yeah sounds nice.

Lucy: No. You’re both greedy pigs. Get out of our house and buy your own fattening food ! By the way , we ran out of ice-cream anyway.

Ruby and Jane storm out the door without saying goodbye.

Lucy: TJ , they’re gone. You can come out now

Tj: Phew yay!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Tj: Good night for real. (Tj leaves the room)

Lucy: Night , I’m going to bed too. (Gets into PJs quickly and tiptoes quietly into her bedroom)

It is morning time and Lucy has just woken up and there’s a knock at the door)

Tj: Whos there lucy? (As Tj got dressed)

Lucy: Um molly.

(Molly walks in the door)

Molly: Hi

lucy and Tj: Hi ( As Tj walks into the hallway)

Molly: I have a note from Jane and Ruby.

Tj: Why didn't the messenger come and give us the note?

Molly: He quit when he could.

Lucy: Oh so whats the message.

Molly: See you in court... ( Molly doesn't get to finish her sentence)

Tj and Lucy:What? thats unfair.

Molly: As I was saying in 2 MINS bye. ( Molly walks out the door and shuts it behind her)

Tj: Bye.

Lucy: Bye.

Tj: The court in 2 MINS!!!!

Lucy: Yep the court I wonder why.

Tj: I know who's behind this... Jane and Ruby!

Lucy: How didI know that? Let's go.

Tj: Ok.

( Tj opened the door and she went out the door with Lucy and locked the door behind her and they walk to the court)

Judge: Welcome to court rulers! ( As he opened the door for Tj and Lucy)

Tj: Hi.

Lucy: Hi.

( As they walk through the door )

Jane AND Ruby: Get them arrested , now , or else...

Molly: Ok lets get on with it.

Judge: Okay. We are here on behalf of Jane and Ruby ’s complaint , correct ?

All: Yea.

Judge: Why are you all here today ? Each explain in your own words , one at a time. Lucy first , then TJ , then Jane, Ruby and then Molly. NO INTERRUPTING ! Do you all understand?

All: Yes.

Judge: Lucy , start.

Lucy: Well , we miss the old leaders , and-

Ruby: WELL THE OLD LEADERS ARE GONE NOW !!!

Judge: RUBY ! NO INTERRUPTING.

( Ruby goes outside )

Lucy: As I was saying , me and TJ miss the old leaders and we don’t like Jane and Ruby as leaders and we want to get them fired.

Judge: Okay. TJ , what is your side of the story ?

Tj: Well  , I don't like the new leaders and their plan is to separate banana land form sesame seed land and the new leaders are SO rude.

Judge: (Writing down both of the sides) Okay. Jane next. Go.

Jane: Well , it is not our fault that the leaders left , they retired because they knew it was right.

They handed it to us because we were there ...

Judge: (Whispers to Lucy) Weak argument !

Judge: Okay... Who’s next ? Um , Go. Ruby.

Ruby: My side of the story is I DISLIKE LUCY AND TJ and banana land they are a very rude pair. I demand sesame seed land to be called apple land and apple land to be parted from banana land.( Ruby calls out from outside)

Judge: That can not happen Ruby because sesame seed land already has a name and that is final. Molly , what do you have to say ?

Molly: Well , I don’t really know.

Judge: Do you know what side you’re taking ?

Molly: No.

Judge: Well you have until tomorrow (our next court case with Banana Land and Sesame seed land) to choose what side you’re taking.

Molly: Wow... okay.

Judge: You can go now , I expect to see you all here at half past twelve in the afternoon tomorrow.

Goodbye !

( The judge leave the room , and everyone else follows after him.  Ruby gives TJ the evil eye. )

( It is the next morning and both TJ and Lucy have woken up )

Lucy: Good morning , TJ.

TJ: Morning. What are we having for breakfast ?

Lucy: I just have cereal , here. (Pours cereal and milk into a bowl and hands to TJ)

Tj: Thanks Lucy.

Lucy: You're welcome.

Tj: Delish. (As she finished her breakfast)

Lucy: (Getting herself some cereal now) It is yum.

Tj: Yes it is but we need to know when we go to court again

Lucy: Boo hoo.

( There’s a knock at the door and in comes molly and the Judge)

Molly: we are going to court NOW.

Tj and Lucy: Ok

( They walk out the door and lucy locks the door behind her , and arrive at the courthouse )

Jane and Ruby: Get them fired !

Judge: Before we make any decisions , whose side are you on Molly ?

Molly: Um ... Jane and Ruby’s side.

Lucy and Tj: That’s unfair ! 3 vs two !?

Judge: Well sorry Lucy and Tj life’s unfair and sometimes its not.

Tj: Still they have bigger land.

Judge: Thats true...Molly you can change sides when you feel like it so its fair kind of. You guys can go home now bye.

( Everybody leaves the court and went home without saying bye home. Lucy and Tj open the door and go inside their house)

Tj: Goodnight Lucy I am going to bed now.

Lucy: Me to goodnight.

Tj:Goodnight.

( Tj and Lucy walk out of the hallway and go into their bedrooms)
